Meet Anel Clark, FNP

Prior to joining Dr. Raul Martinez, Nurse Practitioner* Anel Clark worked at Methodist Hospital. She has clinical experience in several areas including oncology, general medicine, and orthopedics. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.  She is certified as an FNP by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  Clark is also fluent in Spanish.

*A nurse practitioner (NP) is a registered nurse (RN) who has completed advanced education (a minimum of a master's degree) and training in the diagnosis and management of common medical conditions, including chronic illnesses. Nurse practitioners provide high-quality specialty health care services similar to those of a physician.  An NP conducts physical exams, diagnoses and treats illnesses, orders and interprets tests, counsels on preventive health care, assists in surgery, and writes prescriptions.  Working closely with Dr. Martinez, FNP Clark will provide you top quality health care.
