I’ve been scheduled for an interventional pain procedure…now what? • Download and print the Pre-Operative Instructions. These instructions are self explanatory. I’ve had an interventional pain procedure with a CPM physician…now what? • You will be given post-operative instructions following your procedure(s). Read them and follow them carefully. • Please make a follow-up office appointment for 2 weeks after your LAST procedure (sometimes procedures are booked in aseries) by calling (210) 805-9800 or toll free (800) 422-3203. Payment Policy • Co-pays are due at the time service is rendered. • As a courtesy your insurance will be billed for additional charges. |
